Hey Hey...Ryan here for his first blog update ever.

I'm four days into my first real engineering job. Like Kelly said my title is R & D project engineer but it really should be Little junior baby engineer that doesn't belong. Not that they're treating me like that...far from it, this is the most respect I've ever had at a job. It's just that I haven't touched this stuff in over 5 years and even then I wasn't very good at it. So I'm having a major case of impostor syndrome, but my uber supportive wife tells me everyone feels that way and it is just the first week so I'm doing my best to stay positive. Besides if it turns out that I'm not meant to engineer then there's always the race cars just 45 min. away. So, sorry for the sob story. Keep the prayers coming.

We make massive welding equipment for several different industries. The sort of thing you'd see on Discovery channel.
Well, that's it for me. We are doing well and are looking forward to our 4 day easter weekend. You never know where we may go...
