Since my mom came to visit we also had our friends Jeremy and Liz stay with us for a weekend and this past weekend we had our friend Becky from CA staying with us. So no time for boredom. Summer has been far better than last summer here, but still mostly cold and rainy. We leave this Tuesday for a trip to Chicago and MI for three whole weeks. We're so excited for a long vacation! We are taking a bus from Cambridge to Heathrow (a 2.5 hour bus ride) and then we have an 8 hour flight plus waiting time at the airport so it should be quite an adventure with a 2 month old. Whatever happens, vacation is at the other end.
